．For lunch: 1. You may bring your own food for lunch or 2. We could help order Tung Chung Poon Choi ($800 for 12 person) or 3. You may also buy our organic produce and cook in our kitchen

Green Workshop
In order to help visitors experience the joy of working with nature and understand the importance of environmental protection, Tung Chung Green Organic Farm has designed a series of Green Workshops for Farm Tour visitors to choose from.
For children from kindergarten to primary 3
．Dyeing with Plants:ind different nature materials in our farm to dye your own handkerchief
．Green Drama:Our green tutor will lead all of you to play a green concept drama
．Artists from Nature:Find different nature materials in our farm to paint a unique picture.
For children and teenagers from primary 4 to secondary school
．Making Scarecrow: Make a scarecrow (friend of farmer) together with straw, bamboo and clothes
．Self Watering Recycled Plant Pot: Turn your own plastic bottle into a self watering plant pot.
．Making Flowers with Packaging Paper: Make beautiful flowers with various packing/wrapping paper.
For teenagers and adults (from secondary to adults)
．Building Greenhouse: Use bamboo, plastic cover, plastic bottle and hemp rope to build a green house
．Cooking Wild: Make use of the resources you find in the farm to cook a simple organic meal.
Explore Tung Chung Wetland
Located right opposite to the Hong Kong International Airport, this piece of wetland is lucky enough to avoid damage from reclamation projects barely two decades ago. Despite the presence its new busy-24-hour neighbor, it is home to a lot of animals including fiddler crabs, mudskippers, shorebirds and starfishes.
Why do fiddlers combat, and why do mudskippers skip? An excursion to the site will have all the answers waiting for you.
